Sara’s ABCs of Time Management!
There are so many time management methods, processes and systems. This doesn’t even include the millions of planners available. One thing they all have in common are the words used. Here is my ABC list of words that are important when taking control of your time.
I invite you to choose two habits a week to focus on, and within six-months you will have incorporated all of these new habits in your schedule.

Audit
An audit is an official inspection of an organization’s or individual’s accounts or financial situation.
Belief
A belief is a state or habit of mind which trust or confidence is placed in some person or thing.
Commitment
A commitment is an act of committing to a charge or trust.
Distraction
A distraction is an object that directs one’s attention away from something else.
Expectation
Expectation is the act of expecting (or to look forward).
Focus
Focus is a point of concentration.
Goal
The end toward which effort is directed is a goal.
Happiness
Happiness is a state of well-being and contentment.
Integrity
Integrity is a firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values.
Jump
To jump is to undergo a sudden sharp change in value.
Knowledge
Knowledge is the fact or condition of knowing something with familiarity gained through experience.
Leverage
Leverage is the credit to enhance one’s speculative capacity.
Manage
To manage is to direct or carry on business or affairs.
Needs
Needs can be defined as of necessity.
Open
To be open is to have no enclosing or confining barrier, accessible on all or nearly all side.
Priorities
Priorities are something given or meriting attention before competing alternatives.
Results
To have results is to proceed or arise as a consequence, effect, or conclusion.
Schedule
A schedule is a procedural plan that indicates the time and sequence of each operation.
Track
A track is an awareness of a fact, progression, or condition.
Undercut
To undercut is to offer to sell at lower prices than or to work for lower wages (than a competitor).
Visualize
To visualize is to make visible, such as to see or form a mental image.
Wake-up
To wake-up is serving to wake-up, a wake-up alarm.
Xenogenous
Xenogenous means due to an outside cause.
Yield
To yield is to relinquish one’s possession of something.
Zeal
Zeal is eagerness and ardent interest in pursuit of something.
